In this project, you will be responsible for recruiting internal staff at various locations in German-speaking Switzerland.
Qualifications
- 4 years experience as a Recruiter, at least 2 years of experience in active sourcing, and in-depth market knowledge in Switzerland, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry
- Exceptionally service-oriented, committed, and outgoing personality who enjoys working independently, team-oriented, and actively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to learn the unique needs of your internal clients and know how to proactively create value beyond the current service
- Proactive, communicative, and goal-oriented personality with a “can-do” attitude
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Responsibilities
- Recruit experienced hires for a business unit at various locations in German-speaking Switzerland
- Advise the line in all recruiting matters and independently develop sourcing/recruiting strategies and implement them yourself
- Contact person for all stakeholders in your area and you work on internal HR projects
- Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training
