For a long-term project with our finance client in Zurich (home office within Switzerland possible), we are looking for an experienced
IT Operations Specialist - Kafka/Openshift 60% (w/m/d)

Qualifications
- Many years of experience in operating OpenShift and Kafka clusters, ideally within the finance industry
- Proficiency in container storage, ideally Port works, and familiarity with image registries, ideally Quay
- Strong knowledge in Git, Argo CD, Customize, and Helm as well as monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience in automating processes and workflows using Ansible, GIT, and CI/CD
- Proven experience in a RHEL environment with good shell scripting skills
- Experience with Red Hat Satellite and knowledge of NetBackup and storage (HDS) is an advantage
- Networked and service-oriented way of thinking as well as willingness to take on cross-technological tasks
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as proactive action
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out by regulatory requirements to ensure the security of the services
- Securing operations in the areas of Openshift and Kafka, ideally also in other topics such as Backup, Linux Server or interdisciplinary and cross-team work
