In this role, you will be engaged in a diverse array of responsibilities, collaborate with a dedicated international team, and gain a distinctive opportunity to gain knowledge about cryptocurrency mining and transaction processing.
Qualifications
- Many years of experience in the Engineering field with an enthusiasm for blockchain technology
- Proficiency in contemporary product and service development
- Strong expertise in managing and nurturing talent
- Extensive experience in agile methodologies
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Leading the Engineering team (more than 15 FTEs)
- Active support in the development and coding activities
- Improve and carry on the working environment with clear roles and accountabilities for all
- Responsible for staff management and recruitment
- Collaborating with technical leads in managing Developers, DevOps experts, and QA engineers who are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing new products and solutions
- Report and assist the CTO with technical and strategic decisions
- Improve development processes, technology infrastructure, and a culture that enables a geographically dispersed team to collaborate effectively
- Team up with product development, service, and portfolio management for the product roadmap and customer support
- Ensure that the engineering team is well-aligned with business objectives
