In this role, you will deliver multiple projects within our clients' Finance function in Switzerland with a focus on Swiss IFRS17 (Life & NL) and Life Actuarial systems.


  • 20+ years experience in Project & Programme Management within large, complex, insurance environments in Switzerland
  • Profound know-how in Life, Non-Life, in managing actuarial & accounting teams
  • Experience in Actuarial system implementations & testing experience
  • Strong delivery experience of complex Regulatory programs for Insurers with a working knowledge of IFRS17
  • Excellence in producing complex long-term plans, governance materials for C suite, chairing Programme meetings and running multi-million project budgets
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives e.g. Chief Actuary, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Risk Officer
  • Fluent English


  • Deliver multiple projects within the Finance function of Switzerland
  • Responsible for IFRS17 project across Life & NL
  • Delivery of project of a Life Actuarial Reserving System
  • Management of actuarial & accounting teams
  • Produce documentation and governance materials for C suite and charing Programme meetings
