In this exciting position with our Medtech client, you will be responsible for the CRM Application Management within the eBusiness team, supporting with defining requirements, prioritizing features, building consensus, and coordinating the delivery and support of the solutions.


  • 3+ years of experience as a CRM administrator with a university degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science
  • Experience in managing and delivering CRM solutions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and more
  • Strong data management abilities, including knowledge of database models and structures
  • Versed in using Data Analytics and Reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI)
  • Experience in managing Agile projects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Knowledge of Veeva or Salesforce (Certification in Salesforce Admin and/or Veeva ‘White Belt’) is a plus
  • Experience with SAP or D365 is a plus
  • Knowhow in Service, Incident, and Change Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Avanti) is a plus
  • Fluent in English, French and/or German is a plus


  • Support Business Owners with requirements definition and overall backlog prioritization, and support third-party partners with estimation and planning
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades, working with Local Admins to coordinate and test releases
  • Manage data interface solutions and other integrations
  • 1st and 2nd support for incidents and service requests for eBusiness tools and solutions
  • Working with users, internal stakeholders, and project teams as well as third-party partners
  • Participates in cross-functional CRM, ERP, and Digital Marketing activities
  • Define the operating procedures and ensures their correct understanding by the various local actors
  • Create, update, and maintain user and functional documentation for tools and solutions
  • Coordinate and lead local administrator meetings, sharing knowledge and experience with this group
