Ad Interim Head of Engineering (w/m/d)

In this exciting project, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks, be part of a committed international team, and have a unique opportunity to learn about crypto mining and transaction processing on the BSV blockchain.
Qualifications
- Many years of experience as an Engineer, within an international environment is a plus
- Experience in leading international teams in an agile approaches
- Good understanding of modern product and service development
- Versed in designing, developing as well as testing new products and solutions
- Hands-on mentality and a passion for blockchain technology
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Active part in the development/coding activities
- Responsible for the line management of the international Engineering team (15+ members)
- Managing the performance and development of team members
- Maintaining and improving the working environment with clear roles and accountabilities for all
- Manage staffing and hiring
- Assisting and reporting to the CTO in technical and strategic decisions
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new products and solutions together with the Tech Leads managing the Developers, DevOps, and QA engineers that
- Improving development processes, technology infrastructure, and a culture that enables a geographically dispersed team to collaborate effectively
- Collaborating with product development, service, and portfolio management for the product roadmap and customer support
- Ensuring that the engineering team is well-aligned with business objectives
